A Multi-Faith, Trauma-Informed, Peer-Led Community Services Organization
Mission Statement
Common Ground Community Table is a multi-faith, all-inclusive nonprofit dedicated to providing a comprehensive continuum of care for all people, regardless of background or circumstance. We believe that healing begins with being heard and that lived experience is our greatest asset. Rooted in peer support and trauma-informed practice, we provide a one-stop hub of comprehensive services — including housing, counseling, coaching, mental health, and community support — meeting people where they are and walking with them toward wholeness, dignity, and lasting change. Here, every person finds their place at the table.
Our Vision
A community where no one falls through the cracks, every voice is valued, and wholeness, dignity, and belonging are not privileges but birthrights available to every soul. regardless of faith, background, or circumstance — has access to the care, community, and support they need to thrive.
Our Guiding Question
"Not 'What is wrong with you?' but 'What happened to you?'"
Every program, policy, and interaction at Common Ground Community Table is built on this foundational shift in perspective. We recognize that most people seeking help have experienced trauma, and we design our services accordingly.
Peer supporters at Common Ground Community Table are individuals with lived experience of the challenges our community faces — housing instability, mental health struggles, addiction recovery, trauma, and more. Who serve as bridges between clinical services and the community.
